Faults and Issues with PAVA systems

A system may go into fault for a variety of reasons. In most cases when a system goes into fault observations about the health and the integrity of the system can be established from fault lights and LC displays on the front of the main equipment racks.
When making an inquiry about a fault please include as much detail as you can, including any observations from a public address or voice alarm system user interface for example.
Often systems that have gone into fault may be due to issues that are external from the main rack. For example, the integrity of the field wiring may have been comprised due to shorts circuits between the positive, negative or earth cabling. This can in turn result in disruptions with the end of line (EOL) monitoring for a specific circuit. By initiating a call out with a Tech X specialist engineer we will be able to identify the problems, provide a comprehensive analysis of different solutions and work with you to get the system healthy again.
